Kinh Luoc is a tile laying game for 2-4 players. You are a Cai Bo - an officer supporting Nguyen Huu Canh on his mission to the South. You will be given rights to construct ports and cities, reclaiming forests and plowing fields for immigrants. Do your job well and you will have the love of people.
Summary of game
The game takes place in 3 rounds, each round will have build phase and reward phase. You will try to earn as many points as you can , the player with the most VP at the end of round 3 is the winner.
To set up, each randomly takes 5 tiles from a set of 15 tiles in his color. On your turn, you play a single tile to the table if it meets 2 requirements: connect with a same type building already existing and connect with at least 1 tile of another player. (These conditions may be reviewed separately). The game will be played from left to right. After each player has played 4 project tiles, they discard face up the 5th tile and end the round
At the end of the round, players will collect VPs
Special tile: TAX POST TILE. It is a special project tile as it can connect with all 4 types of Building Zone. When a Tax Post is placed to the table it will collect 1 VP from each project tile that connects with it
At the end of the game, players are awarded a bonus point for:
Connect every project tile of them on the City (5 VPs)
Discard Tax Post (3 VPs)
